Kata Pengantar

Profil Kesehatan Indonesia merupakan salah satu sarana yang dapat digunakan untuk melaporkan hasil pemantauan dan evaluasi terhadap pencapaian hasil pembangunan kesehatan, termasuk kinerja dari penyelenggaraan standar pelayanan minimal di bidang kesehatan dan pencapaian target indikator Millenium Development Goals bidang kesehatan, serta berbagai upaya yang terkait dengan pembangunan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan lintas sektor seperti Badan Pusat Statistik dan Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional.

Profil kesehatan, baik Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota, Profil Kesehatan Provinsi maupun Profil Kesehatan Indonesia menyajikan data/informasi kesehatan yang relative lengkap, meliputi data derajat kesehatan, upaya kesehatan, sumber daya kesehatan, dan data umum serta lingkungan yang terkait dengan kesehatan. Karena itu, penyusunan profil kesehatan perlu dicermati dan sedapat mungkin menggunakan data yang berkualitas. Data yang digunakan untuk menyusun Profil Kesehatan Indonesia ini bersumber dari Profil Kesehatan Provinsi, laporan dari unit pengelola program pembangunan kesehatan, lintas sektor terkait, hasil survei seperti Riskesdas, dan sumber data lainnya. Data yang tersaji pada Profil Kesehatan Indonesia dapat digunakan untuk membandingkan keadaan pembangunan kesehatan antara satu provinsi dengan provinsi lainnya, perbandingan pembangunan kesehatan di Indonesia dengan beberapa negara di Asia Tenggara lainnya dan negara‐negara anggota SEARO. Dengan diterbitkannya Profil Kesehatan Indonesia ini diharapkan perbandingan pembangunan kesehatan, baik antar provinsi maupun Indonesia dengan negara Asia Tenggara lainnya dapat tergambar dengan jelas.

Manual Rekam Medis

Manual Rekam Medis disusun berdasarkan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 29 Tahun 2004 tentang Praktik Kedokteran Pasal 46 ayat (1) yang menyatakan bahwa setiap dokter atau dokter gigi dalam menjalankan praktik kedokteran wajib membuat rekam medis.
Manual Rekam Medis ini adalah untuk melengkapi Buku Penyelenggaraan Praktik Kedokteran yang Baik di Indonesia (Keputusan KKI Nomor 18/KKI/KEP/IX/2006 tertanggal 21 September 2006) dan Pedoman Pengelolaan Rekam Medis Rumah Sakit di Indonesia yang dikeluarkan Direktorat Jenderal Pelayanan Medik Departemen Kesehatan RI.
Ruang lingkup dari buku ini adalah inti sari praktis penyelenggaraan Rekam Medis dengan sistematika penulisan meliputi pengertian, manfaat, tata cara penyelenggaraan, isi, aspek hukum, aspek disiplin, aspek etika dan kerahasiaan rekam medis.
Buku ini disusun oleh Kelompok Kerja Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia yang anggotanya terdiri dari wakil-wakil dari Departemen Kesehatan RI, Departemen Pendidikan Nasional RI, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat, Ikatan Dokter Indonesia, Persatuan Dokter Gigi Indonesia dan anggota Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia.
Buku ini diharapkan akan menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan dokter dan dokter gigi yang bekerja di semua sarana pelayanan kesehatan tentang Rekam Medis, sehingga memahami pentingnya Rekam Medis dan bisa menyelenggarakan Rekam Medis yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

In KMC, the baby is continuously kept in skin-to-skin contact by the mother and breastfed exclusively to the utmost extent, KMC is initiated in the hospital and continued at home.

Study Skills cover all those abilities that make it possible to cope with the demands of academic and professional pursuits. For people just embarking on a course of study they include being able to deal with all the intellectual, emotional and social challenges that are part of the day-to-day demands of being a student. Beyond the skills involved in coping are those that enable students to do well in their chosen disciplines. These embrace much more than the ability to memorize or understand the topics of study, reaching into time management, ethics and the personal and interpersonal upheavals that are often such an important part of the student’s life.
The study skills that are mastered at university, or for some people earlier when studying at school, are central to what everyone has to offer as a graduate and/or professional. Health Equity and Financial Protection

Foreword

World Bank researchers have a long tradition of developing and applying methods for the analysis of poverty and inequality, often working with collaborators. And the Bank’s researchers have often tried hard to make their methods accessible to others, through “how-to” guides and training courses.
In that tradition, this book is the first in a new series called Streamlined Analysis with ADePT Software. ADePT is an exciting new software tool developed by the Bank’s research department, the Development Research Group. ADePT automates the production of standardized tables and charts using a wide range of methods in distributional analysis, including some advanced methods that are technically demanding and not easily accessible to most potential users. This software makes these sophisticated methods accessible to analysts who have limited programming skills. (ADePT uses the statistical software package Stata but does not require that users know how to program in Stata, or even to have Stata installed on their computers.) But we also hope that ADePT will be valuable to more technically inclined researchers too, by speeding up the production of results and by increasing their reliability and comparability.
The present book provides a guide to ADePT’s two health modules: the first module covers inequality and equity in health, health care utilization, and subsidy incidence; the second, health financing and financial protection. It also provides introductions to the methods used by ADePT and a step-by-step guide to their implementation in the program.
